Anthony Arnao III (Chorus) is enjoying his first show with MCT. Previously he
was in such shows as Fiddler on the Roof, Willy Wonka and the
Chocolate Factory, and The Wizard of Oz. Anthony likes to play in his
punk rock band, Ruin 59, and have a good time.
Julie Bookhamer (Flower
Girl/Chorus) has been involved in various community theatre
productions as well as shows throughout high school and college. This is her
first musical with MCT.
Bonnie Carl (Mrs.
Hopkins/Chorus) has performed
both on-stage and in the pit of numerous musical productions. She was “Edna”
in The Prisoner of Second Avenue, “Mrs. Paroo” in MCT’s The
Music Man, and plays the viola in the Audubon Symphony Orchestra.
Gary Carl
(Cockney Quartet/Chorus) has
previously appeared in MCT’s The Music Man, as “Mr. Green” in Clue:
The Musical, and most recently as “Simeon” in Joseph. He also
plays the French horn in the Audubon Symphony Orchestra.
Bruce Char (Servants Chorus) has appeared in the chorus of the Gilbert and Society of Chester County
and Forge Theater. He thanks MCT and his family for making this opportunity
possible.
Kelly Conner (Lady
Boxington/Chorus) - Although
Kelly has assisted “behind-the-scenes” with eight MCT productions, this is
in her first MCT performance on-stage! She would like to thank her MCT friends
for their pointers and suggestions and her family for their support with her
endeavors!!
John Corkum
(Bartender/Prof. Zoltan Karpathy) – This is John’s sixth show at MCT, which included playing “Daddy
Warbucks” last summer in Annie. He would like to send special thanks to
his family and love to Alice for her unending support.
Joan Detwiler (Mrs.
Eynsford-Hill) was in the
first MCT production of My Fair Lady and is happy to be part of this recent production. She thanks her husband
for his patience during her hectic rehearsal schedule!
Mark Dobbins
(Jamie) is a recent graduate of Methacton High School, and
one of three winners of this year’s MCT scholarship. Next year he will be
attending NYU for theater.
Michael Dobbins (Cockney
Quartet/Lord Boxington/Chorus) – Michael
has been involved with MCT for eight years. My Fair Lady marks his
fourteenth appearance on stage. He would like to thank his wife, Michelle, for
all her support of both him and MCT, and his daughter, Cara, for dragging him
into the theater scene eight years ago.
Gary Gilbert (Henry Higgins) – This is Gary’s first appearance with MCT. His recent community performances include “Sky Masterson”
in Guys and Dolls and “Gabriel” in Two from Galilee. He is a
father of three and runs a software firm in Wyneote, PA. He would like to thank
his own “Fair Lady”, Rosina, for her love and support.
Lizzy Gormisky (Chorus) – This is Lizzy’s second play with MCT. Her first being Babes in
Toyland. Lizzy takes voice and piano lessons and participates in different
choirs. She is in sixth grade at Epiphany.
Jane Rinehart-Greaser (Mrs. Higgins) – It
has been twenty years since Jane first graced the MCT stage as leading lady,
“Magnolia Hawkes” in Showboat. Jane would like to thank MCT for
making all her dreams come true these past years, and for their kindness in
welcoming her back as Mrs. Higgins.
Brittany Hembrick
(Chorus) is a fifth grader at Arrowhead Elementary. She
enjoyed playing “Polly” in the MCT’s production of Babes in Toyland.
Don Henry (Butler/Chorus) has previously appeared on MCT’s stage in Carousel, Little
Town of Christmas, Annie, and most recently, in Bus Stop. He
lives in Eagleville with his wife Kathy and his daughter Emma. Don also serves
as the webmaster for the Norristown Chorale (www.norristownchorale.org).
Paul Kerper
(Freddy Eynsford-Hill) This is
Paul’s first show with MCT. Paul’s favorite past roles have been as
“Curly” in Oklahoma!, “Billy” in Carousel, and
“Samuel” in Pirates of Penzance.
Vineet Kochhar (Hoxtan Man/Chorus) is excited to be involved for the first time with MCT. In the daytime,
he is a communications engineer. He enjoys singing and has been an avid karaoke
enthusiast for over ten years.
Tione Kormanik (Mrs.
Pearce) is happy to be back at MCT as Mrs. Pearce. She last
played the role of “Miss Hannigan” in Annie. Seems cranky older women
are her thing! Thanks to her friends and family.
Cara Anne Miller (Eliza
Doolittle) is no stranger to MCT. She has been seen in such
roles as “Nancy” in Oliver, “Julie” in Carousel, “Grace
Farrell” in Annie, and “Sister Mary Leo” in both Nunsense I
and II. She recently graduated from Temple University with a Bachelor of
Music in Vocal Performance. After this summer show she is heading to New York
City. She sends thanks to her family and Alan for their support.
David Moyer
(Footman/Chorus) – This is
David’s ninth show for MCT (thirteenth overall). He was last seen in MCT’s Joseph
(Dan). He praises God for his talent and dedicates his performances to his dad.
Christine Pierce (Selsey
Woman/Chorus) - This is
Christine’s second show with MCT. In addition to being involved with community theaters, she has been
dancing for eight years and singing for six.
Joey Randall (Chorus) – This is only Joey’s second performance on-stage, but she has helped
back-stage for five shows.
Julie Randall (Chorus) is a sophomore at Perkiomen Valley High School. This is her seventh
production with MCT. Her best role was the “Wolf” in The Enchantment of
Beauty and the Beast. She would like to thank her family and friends for
supporting her.
Brian Schwartz (Harry/Cockney Quartet) is directing this season’s holiday show, Narnia.
He will also be appearing in Arsenic and Old Lace as “Mortimer
Brewster”. Please come see them!
Bill Shimer
(Alfred P. Doolittle) is no
stranger to MCT having previously appeared in The Music Man, Oliver,
Carousel, and Annie. He has thoroughly enjoyed the opportunity to work this wonderful cast and production staff. Thanks to his lovely
wife, Beth, and daughters Becca and Cyndi for all their support.
Kierstin Teske-White (Servants Chorus)
received the “Sid Macleod Award for Excellence in Drama” this June. She has
also appeared in MCT’s Carousel, Annie, Babes in Toyland, and The
Enchantment of Beauty and the Beast.
David Yashin (Cockney Quartet/Chorus) – This is David’s second MCT production. He
played the Jamaican brother in Joseph. He wants to thank Bill Shimer,
Jaime Ciabattoni, and his family for all the rides.
Nicole Young (Flower Girl/Chorus) has been involved with a variety of productions including The Music
Man and Oklahoma. To her family and friends: “Thanks for all the
support.”
Ed Zeiser (Colonel Pickering) – This is Ed’s fourth appearance with MCT having beenseen previously in Carousel (“Starkeeper”), Annie
(“Lt. Ward”, “Morganthau”) and Bus Stop (“Dr. Lyman”). Other
favorite roles include “Lou” in Breaking Legs, “Maraczek” in She
Loves Me, and the eponymous “Finian” in Finian’s Rainbow.
